We hired Kinch based on a recommendation from a friend who was a previous client, and we are so glad we did!

We wanted to upsize for our growing family, so we decided to buy a North York bungalow and gut it, and do a top up.

We were concerned about the building permits and committee of adjustment, but Kinch and his team stick handled us through the design phase and the zoning application without a hitch.

When the construction started, we really appreciated the level of detail Kinch provided about what was going in to the build as we went along. We were impressed with the quality of the work. We also appreciated the consistent schedule and budget updates as we went along.

What was nice for us, as we got to the finishing, was the lead time we had to choose what we wanted, like tiles and stone countertops, or stuff like lighting fixtures and vanities…. We liked the level of communication around our design choices and what was going to be a right fit for us.

Now we are the proud owners of a beautiful brand new 2 storey, 4 bedroom home!
